Poor Whites - South Africa


 
   


June 2006 Since the end of apartheid, thousands of white South Africans have been forced into poverty. They blame the government's positive discrimination policies, which favour black employees. Twelve years ago, Afrikaners like Betsie Dreyer lived a privileged and cocooned life. Now, many are dependent on charity handouts. "We are fighting all the time to survive." The government is determined to see the workforce appropriately reflect the population. It gives black people priority in employment, sets 'black quotas' for businesses and favours companies owned by black people. But critics accuse the government of neglecting its responsibility to white citizens. As union rep Kallie Kriel states: "It's ironic that a government that fought racial laws is now doing exactly the same thing."

Theirs also an article from the guardian that documents discrimination in the legal system at Scotland Yard against blacks who catch the same offense as whites. So like I said, its a worldwide problem.

i don't know if thats good enough for you, but you get the picture. u already knew this info anyway. and Euros don't give a shit. whatever they "gave" to Africa was already theirs. thats like me stealing something from you and making an arrangement to sell it back to you with interests. if you don't agree you just don't, fuck it. as long as Africans start to wake up to Europe's dirty practices thats all that matters. i don't expect u to understand.

I want to feel bad for them, but I can't. You can't take advantage of being a part of a group that has all of the money/power/privilege/advantages, and turn a blind eye to the mistreatment of others, especially because of skin color, and then act surprised when things change for you and suddenly YOU are the one with your face in the mud.

obogalooga i dont think its an uneducated comment. What you need is statistics to back up your comment if youre gonna say blacks serve double the time. If Europeans dont give a shit, why do they send billions of pounds, euros and dollars to feed, medicate and clothe africans on a daily fuckin basis

Europeans worldwide don't give 2 shits about what black people think.
