He is both a brilliant comic and thinker- a Yale grad who earned a full ride to NYU law- and is funny and inspiring. His message made me laugh out loud and think hard about my own life. Phenomenal set.

Dane Cook is a smart guy, he just doesn't use it in his comedy. Dane focuses more on the crazy issues with people, society, life in general. He is more about performing and giving the people a show. His purpose is to make people laugh. Demetri focuses more on his analysis of life and himself. He makes it seem like he's not TRYING to be funny. He's just stating his opinions and analysis and that just so happens to make people laugh. Both are brilliant... in their own ways.

This is truly a gem. I'm going to through a horrible year of extreme self-reflection, and his message is exactly what I needed to hear. It hasn't answered my particular questions, but it is certainly helping me finding them.
