I started ballet last year and I was 16 then. I'm 17 now and its very challenging but I love it. I have been en pointe since september.

Starting at 13? Of course! I started ballet at the age of 18! and within a year i was told that I may go on pointe:) So it's not always about when you start, its about how you dance. Don't just KNOW the exersize by heart, Dance WITH your heart! it worked for me, so it'll work for anyone :)
